KEEGAN CALDERWOOD

Keegan graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from Bond University in 2015 and completed his Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice through Bond University in 2017. Keegan was admitted as a legal practitioner in the Supreme Court of Queensland in March 2017. Keegan practices in all aspects of intellectual property law, including patents, copyright and trademarks. He can advise on the role of intellectual property within your business, and provide assistance with protecting your intellectual property through licence agreements and registrations. He can also assist with maintaining the confidentiality of your trade secrets by preparing a non-disclosure agreement that is tailor-made for your circumstances.
