Rod is a dedicated Lawyer specialised in Family Law with extensive experience assisting clients through complex and often sensitive legal matters. He graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and was admitted as a solicitor by the Queensland Supreme Court and by the High Court of Australia.

Rod brings a high level of expertise across a broad range of family law areas, including parenting matters, property settlements, enforcement and contravention applications, recovery orders, child support, financial agreements, pre-nuptial agreements and domestic violence. His practical and solutions-focused approach ensures that clients receive clear advice and effective representation tailored to their individual circumstances.

In addition to his legal qualifications, Rod also holds a Bachelor of Engineering, providing him with strong analytical and problem-solving skills that further enhance his legal practice.

Outside of work, Rod is a proud dad to two children and enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends. His interests include 4WD adventures, camping, travelling, Judo and BJJ
