Rebekah is an Associate in the Family Law team and leads the Fraser Coast office for Stone Group Lawyers. Rebekah is dedicated to supporting clients through some of life’s most challenging transitions with clarity, compassion and practical guidance.

Rebekah holds a Master of Applied Law (Family Law), Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Criminology and Criminal Justice. Rebekah has worked exclusively within the family law space since early 2021, starting as a Paralegal and thereafter being admitted as a Lawyer in June 2022. She has experience across a broad range of family law matters, including high conflict parenting matters, severe domestic violence, and high net worth asset pools.

Known for her supportive, informative and solution focused approach, Rebekah works closely with clients to achieve outcomes that are both realistic and sustainable. She prioritises early resolution wherever possible, while remaining a strong and capable advocate when matters require litigation. Rebekah adopts a trauma informed approach to family law, particularly where there are circumstances of severe domestic violence or trauma.

She understands that family law matters are deeply personal and she takes the time to listen, communicate clearly and guide clients to a resolution with empathy at every stage of the process. As a mother herself, Rebekah brings a genuine understanding to the complexities of parenthood and family dynamics.
