With about 8 years of experience in family law – including nearly 7 years post-admission practising solely in family law – Kerry has developed a strong reputation for her practical, solution-focused approach. She has acted in a wide range of matters including complex parenting disputes, high-value property settlements, spousal maintenance, financial agreements, divorce proceedings, mediations and in other dispute resolution forums. Kerry regularly appears before the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia across multiple jurisdictions, including Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, the Northern Territory, and Tasmania.

Kerry’s legal journey began in Western Australia, where she completed her Bachelor of Laws at Murdoch University while gaining hands-on experience in boutique and national firms. Following her admission to the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia in 2019, she relocated to Brisbane to advance her career, quickly progressing to senior and leadership roles. Her dedication, work ethic, and passion for family law have been hallmarks of her career ever since.
