Ruby was admitted to practice in November 2020 after completing a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) at the Queensland University of Technology in 2019 and obtaining her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law.

Most recently, Ruby gained valuable experience at a leading generalist firm in regional New South Wales where she practiced in a broad range of areas including wills and estates, family, criminal and property law, as well as undertaking work in civil and commercial litigation matters. During this time, Ruby provided legal aid assistance to disadvantaged members of the community and advocated for clients in both the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia and the Local Court when volunteering as the legal aid duty solicitor. With experience in both corporate and community settings, Ruby has represented clients from a range of diverse backgrounds and understands the value of empathy and cultural competency in providing tailored and personable legal services.

Ruby now practices solely in family law, after discovering a passion for working directly with clients and witnessing the positive impact her work can have on the community. Outside of work Ruby is an avid rock climber and enjoys camping and hiking on weekends .
